Mock Interview (1 Hour):
A full one-hour session designed to mirror the format and pressure of an actual job interview.

Pre-Interview Preparation:
Before the mock interview, please provide the following materials:
The job description for the position you are applying for or intend to apply for.
Any specific concerns or areas you would like to focus on during the mock interview.
Your current CV or resume.
Any other relevant documents or information that will help us tailor the interview to your needs.

Booking and Payment:
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Bookings must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled session.
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice before the initial appointment time. Rescheduling or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% fee. Missed appointments will not be eligible for a refund.
Confidentiality:
All information shared with us will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the mock interview service.
We adhere to strict privacy policies and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
Feedback and Follow-Up:
Detailed feedback will be provided within 24 hours of the conclusion of the mock interview.
One email exchange is included in the service to address any additional questions or clarifications regarding the feedback.
Liability:
While we strive to provide the best possible preparation, we do not guarantee that you will receive a job offer as a result of using our mock interview service.
We are not responsible for any outcomes, positive or negative, that result from the use of our services.
User Conduct:
We expect users to conduct themselves professionally during the mock interview.
Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.
